REPORT AN INCIDENT

A computer security incident at CSHUB-CSIRT is an event that involve Information Technology resource that has a potential to have an adverse effect on the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of that resource or connected resources.

Resources include network devices, servers, storage devices and media, individual computers and mobile devices, as well as the information, messages, files,  and/or data stored on them. Prompt detection and appropriate handling of these security incidents is necessary to protect our constituent's information and communication technology assets.

The CSHUB-CSIRT is mandated to coordinate cybersecurity incidents for its constituents, for a number of incident class including amongst others abusive content, criminal activity, identity theft, and phishing.

In some instances, the level of support is specified in the memorandum of understanding (MOU) between CSHUB-CSIRT and the respective constituent.
